Yeah, depending on where and when you’re in the area, some of the industry puts out some really nasty stuff into the air. There’s a large industrial area by the waterfront trail in Whitby, and if you go at the “wrong” time, it smells like they’re burning tires. I get an instant headache if I’m unfortunate enough to be there when they’re doing it. I can’t imagine working or living in the area, TBH.
