I looked at sync.com but they dont have a linux client. Any other non-US based suggestions? Canada preferred of course but I’m open to options.

There’s an open source client for Onedrive for linux.
Sorry let me rephrase. Does using one drive offer you any functionality that WebDAV/samba would not?
