    Yes. But very weird. There is no rebellion/protest to qwell. Are these troops actually going to stop crime??? At "best:, they will track down and kidnap some brown people. It is yet another non-national emergency where troops have no impact on the pretense of the national emergency. Pisses off urban voters typically against GOP, while wasting spending to only provide “own the libs” gratification to MAGA base, but not helping anyone. Somehow, if Trump does 30 pointlessly abusive things simultaneously, they all cancel each other out.
