    Do golf carts count? If not, then I believe Protection Island, just off of Nanaimo BC, should also be on the list.

        I checked and there’s a Wikipedia page on the island – apparently cars aren’t banned, just very uncommon. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Protection_Island_(Nanaimo)
