Imagine you had a car and somehow you manage to paint/mark it so it’s identical to any other police car in your area. Assuming you don’t use the siren lights ( or, hell, it’s your car, do whatever you want) for how long you reckon you can drive that around before someone picks up on it?

In Canada, you can own one. You just can’t drive it around and use it as a civilian vehicle.
