Crudely put QM says pretty much everything that happens on very small scales is determined by probability. The Copenhagen interpretation says all possibilities collapse into the one that actually happens. (Wavefubction collapse).
Many worlds says that every possibility happens in some universe or another. But it’s not talking about human choice. For random hydrogen atom #52737373 it’s more ‘universes exists for every possible position of its electron.’
A multiverse is made up shit and there’s no set of objective rules about what can and cannot be.
Unless you have some official document of multiverse rules produced by someone who isn’t just making shit up (i.e. Marvel).
