Routine vaccinations like MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) aren’t arbitrarily timed. They’re given at an age when they can elicit the most immunity for a lifespan. And earlier isn’t always better. You’d probably have to pay extra and/or convince a doctor to deviate from best practice to prematurely immunize.
My money’s on getting late vaccinations they decided not to get earlier at the recommended age.
It’s an interesting study of human behaviour. We know consequences of climate change don’t typically operate immediately enough for fear-motivated behaviour to penetrate cult-like denial (ie, anti-vaxx) en masse

The article mentions that authorization has been granted to give babies an early measles vaccine in addition to the regular one.
