How can I detect when the number of torrents is detrimental to the functioning of the network? What is a reasonable ball park estimate of active (even if “dormant”) torrents?
Yep. Some torrents are low bandwidth and you can have a lot. Sometimes it seems you’re connecting to an AWS server and all of the sudden you’re saturated.
