    Before I read the article, I’m going to go with “bump stocks” as the device. Let’s find out if I’m right…

      Nope although they do get a mention. Apparently in this case it’s forced reset triggers. Saying they allow a semi-auto gun to fire like a full-auto is a bit of a stretch though, even more so than for a bump stock.

        Yeah after I read the article I had to look up FSR. Apparently it’s “full auto” because as long as you keep “pulling” it will fire and resetting continuously
