Tesla has accused the Canadian government of unlawfully freezing more than $43 million in electric vehicle rebate payments and threatened legal action if the payments are not resumed “immediately.”
Because if they get the money now. Good luck getting it back/ persuing any other action. If canada holds the money now and they are guilty. There is no money period.
Why would Tesla threaten to sue instead of just waiting for the result of the investigation?
