    How did you build up to heavy lifting? I’m starting but I want to do it right lol. Menopause coming for me ha ha

      I’m also in perimenopause. I feel you!!! It’s the worst haha. I have been working out for years. I started heavy lifting about 2 years ago. So for me, as soon as I can hit 10 to 12 reps easily I pick up a heavier weight that I can only do 5 to 8 reps with until I reach the 10-12 again. I hope this makes sense :)

        Perfect! How many times do you do the reps before you move to a different muscle group? Until failure on those muscles? Thanks!!
