    Regardless of filters… You don’t show leg muscles there. I am a heavy lifter and have very muscular legs…I have no leg muscle popping there because that not where muscles show…she’s a fucken lying fraud.

      Yet look at the pic of her struggling to lift her child with her saggy arms and zero tone. No arm tone, not even calf tone with her damn heels lifted, but that ONE “muscle” where muscle doesn’t even pop. Okay crazy. And Katy Perry is an astronaut

      How did you build up to heavy lifting? I’m starting but I want to do it right lol. Menopause coming for me ha ha

        I’m also in perimenopause. I feel you!!! It’s the worst haha. I have been working out for years. I started heavy lifting about 2 years ago. So for me, as soon as I can hit 10 to 12 reps easily I pick up a heavier weight that I can only do 5 to 8 reps with until I reach the 10-12 again. I hope this makes sense :)

          Perfect! How many times do you do the reps before you move to a different muscle group? Until failure on those muscles? Thanks!!
