Honestly, it doesn’t matter how rich he is personally or Amazon is, it would make zero sense to eat this cost as a business. These taxes are being added to the price they pay when they import them.
I don’t exactly love Bezos or Amazon, but…I think the best recourse in this situation would be to do what they originally proposed, but then backed off of, because donvict is a gigantic whiny pussy - and that’s to give the customer all the information on just why it costs what it costs.
