Your argument that phones van be used to stop bullying by recording the events makes me think you don’t know how bullying works. You thinks bullies would let you record them? And do you have any idea how much bullying happens through social media , even while the kids are there in school?
Take away the phone, the kids will be alright and they can actually spend time learning
