      What do you figure prices did rise by, can it not basically be rounded up its so close?

        And during harpers rein… housing prices went from 200k to 700k that’s 3.5x

          Under Harper salaries outpaced rents, under Trudeau they did not. Interest rates have a large effect, but immigration is the difference that makes Canadians poor.
