The Trump DOJ filed a brief Sunday saying federal courts cannot order the administration bringing home wrongly deported Maryland man Kilmar Abrego Garcia.

If the courts back down or lose this battle Trump will start disappearing whoever he feels like.

This should terrify everyone in the now Fascist States of America (FSA).
