      Exactly my point, the meme insinuates that the only way men become lonely is that they hate women, which is not true and is a harmful generalisation.

        I don’t see it that way, to me it is showing how a certain type of man becomes lonely. The other type would be 1. small social circle (real or interwebs) 2. Lonely. And no face painting, because he’s not a clown, he just hasn’t met a match

          That is right, but put yourself in the shoes of that other man, and ask yourself how he would feel on seeing this meme. Contrast it with memes about “only those Black people, not the good ones”.

            The other dude just being lonely would realize that he didn’t think women just did dishes, and hasn’t turned all his hate of women inward. Some people are lonely and have a functioning logic system. Not to say everyone, there are always people susceptible to radicalization.
