Again, price is not the only factor. I didn’t say it was cheaper, I said it was BETTER and cheaper. My farmer at the market is Gmach and they are still quite small, but I do believe they are much larger than my crop share at Greenhart. I still go to the market for carrots, potatoes, kale, leeks, and other things that Gmach just does very, very well regardless of the price. The carrots are so good, I plan a few meals around them every week. It’s weird getting excited about carrots, but they are just that good.
