This is a collab between EQD and Lee Keirnan from IDLES. Left side is the green channel from the Gray Channel OD (DOD 250 clone). Right side is a pulse width modulated fuzz.

Pulse width modulation is a square wave modulation shape and when the wave hits a certain point all the sound gets cancelled out. Kind of sounds like a Flanger but way more extreme.

This is certainly a weird one and I’m kind of glad to see EQD releasing something more esoteric. I feel like a few of their latest releases have been really tame.
