Trying to connect to Lemmy.ca from Mexico, since about yesterday, I’m getting a connection refused. I have to VPN to Canada to use the site.

I too connect to lemmy.ca from Mexico. But I have never experienced “connection refused”. My isp is Megacable, and 99.9%of the time I have PIA VPN on a US or Canadian server, sometimes a South American country.
