After a brief stint trying to fix potholes, Troy then went on a power mad rampage, culminating in his use of city resources to create a giant mechanical monster modelled after Destoroyah (Godzilla 1995). In the smoking ruins of Winnipeg, he was eventually interviewed. “One way to solve complaints about potholes – remove the complainers!”
