Poilievre is the only party leader in Parliament who still refuses to obtain the necessary security clearance to access classified documents on foreign governments’ political interference activities in Canada.
This is the best reason for passing a law that federal party leaders must have the appropriate security clearance. Yes, this can be abused, but not having to get has been heavily abused, as well.

It is unfathomable to me that this man wants to lead a country, but refuses to undergo even basic vetting.
I have a higher security clearance than Pollievre does, and I don’t even work in any government related capacity.
It’s even bigger worry that so many are willing to put him in charge despite this.

I’m guessing it’s got to do more with dissatisfaction with the current government than liking Pipsqueak. There are good reasons for dissatisfaction.
