The questions to ask are: Do you start with the richest and move down the list or start at the bottom and see if the top ones give their money away before you get to them? Do you sharpen the blade after it starts taking more than one blade drop or just enjoy the tension of the longer show?

There are just under 3000 billionaires in the world. The questions to ask are:
