Tell me you are having a midlife crisis over not wanting to change over from the programming language you grew up mastering without telling me you are having a midlife crisis over not wanting to change over from the programming language you grew up mastering.
It’s ironic that you’re also dogmatically promoting a certain code format and also being a toxic fan and belittling the person for not just giving you what you want.
Except I’m not promoting rust, meaning I can’t even be a toxic fan of. I do belittle people who try to restrict other’s people’s options due to petty reasons. And people who strawman and lack reading comprehension, which ironically enough does seem to usually come from people either dogmatically involved in the defense of what’s getting criticized by trying to do the old UNO “well you are the one actually being that way” reverse projection.
My final quip could not have been any more programming language agnostic. I will never be what you claim because I don’t get worked up about what other people use to code nor do I mind learning it and becoming a beginner once again. If it needs to be made any clearer, I don’t mind that Winamp devs use C++, but I do mind how they don’t want other people to use their language of choice in their own forks, specially in such a flippant manner. In my experience, this is due to what I’ve quipped…
