100% paid placements. I started looking for an alternative to Google Maps once they started putting POIs disguised as ads.
@Showroom7561 @MangoPenguin Ads and maps don’t mix well. I would definitely rather pay for example $3 a month to get a map app that is better than just OSM data as it is, as good as Google, than have Google with ads
If you must monetize (maps need funding and free maps tend to get underfunded) it is a nice direct way
