But yeah, I think all the US presidents during my lifetime have committed war crimes, and they should all be held accountable. But indiscriminate killing of civilians isn’t a genocide even if it’s undeniably heinous
Shouldn’t they charge themselves with genocide first?

Not every war crime is a genocide.
