That’s because of my schizotypal personality disorder. My brain forms connections that a neurotypical brain doesn’t. My mind is like a giant conspiracy board, everything’s connected.

But being neurodivergent doesn’t make me wrong. When the world is crazy, sanity is a mental illness.

You give a bad rap to neurodivergents and being one has nothing to do with being right or wrong.

I don’t care if Elon Musk fans hate neurodivergent people because of me, they’re already fascists, they’re capable of doing that on their own.

The connections you make in your head have nothing to do with the reality you live in. Seek help.

maybe consider medication then? Leaping to conclusions like you do can’t be good for your mental health, and it’s only going to get worse as you keep convincing yourself there’s connections that aren’t there. Sometimes people still using twitter are just people still using twitter, and though that can make them look silly for using a dying website owned by a sociopath, it certainly doesn’t make them nazi apologists

And being neurodivergent doesn’t mean you’re always right. I have an anxiety disorder and intrusive thoughts, but so far no grandma had a knife, and no car randomly swirled to hit me

There’s no medication for STPD unless it’s accompanied by hallucinations and delusions, and mine isn’t.

Those people woke up one day and thought to themselves “I know Elon Musk is an alt right troll who uses Twitter as a platform to push Trumpism and documentaries made by self-identified theocratic fascists, but I want to use his website and his Nazism isn’t a deal-breaker for me”. And that’s Nazi apologism. I’m just stating pure facts.

not to be rude but you called your mind a “conspiracy board” and quite a number of conspiracies are indeed delusions

or perhaps they didn’t think anything and kept using the same site they have been for years, and are simply avoiding the constant drama. Or maybe they’re trying to fight back? Maybe they’re actively working against twitter becoming an echo chamber for the alt right? Try connecting more things in your mind than presumptions that make you hate others

Apathy in the face of fascism is how Germany fell. There were many millions who thought nothing as their entire world slowly became fascist. That saying about frogs and pots isn’t true. The frog jumps out of the pot when it starts getting too hot. Only humans become accustomed to an environment that is antithetical to life.

Hey man, keep fighting the good fight. But know that you are among friends here. You are unlikely to find any Musk fans in this thread. And posts that smell of fascism will be downvoted if mild, and flat out deleted if strong.

And I think a lot of people here would also agree with you that continuing to use X is tacit support of some bad people and ideals. It’s just a matter of how hard-line you want to go with your guilt-by-association. Posting a screenshot of something that was posted on X is several steps removed from the source. It doesn’t link to the site, or give engagement to the site. So although your chain of reasoning to being against such posts is valid, I think perhaps attacking people for posting such screenshots risks a bit of ‘friendly fire’. I reckon your anti-fascist efforts are better spent elsewhere, where the actions are a bit more clear cut.

I didn’t attack OP. I just said the mods shouldn’t allow this kind of post. I have no ill will towards OP.

now reply to the other half of my comment where i mentioned people actively fighting against twitter becoming an alt right echo chamber. Because as you might be aware - echo chambers make a bad situation worse as the members spiral deeper into extremism

though maybe don’t bother, to be perfectly honest i find you deeply annoying and would rather have a decent day than continue this chat
