      I think it’s a bad lip flip and now it’s curling in an unnatural way.

        A lip flip is just when they Botox the top of your lip isn’t it? I had it once and don’t remember them injecting by the nose but could be wrong. However they do Botox “nose jobs” so maybe it’s that!
