Are we really getting into the Batman v Dexter argument here? Serial murder is already a crime punishable by death in a lot of the country. If on death row there is two schools of thought, the first, shared blame, when there are multiple people at once so no one knows who really commited the murder, or the second, a state sanctioned executioner because it’s not a crime to execute a death row criminal.
