minus-squaresetVeryLoud(true);OPlinkfedilinkarrow-up16·edit-25 months agoIt’s just a salt and vinegar sauce for chicken wings / drumsticks 1 cup vinegar 1/2 cup oil 1 1/2 tablespoon poultry seasoning 1 egg 2 tablespoons salt 3/4 teaspoon granulated garlic 3/4 teaspoon granulated onion Barbecue wings / drumsticks at 250F for 50 minutes Apply the first coat immediately, then rotate and coat every 10 minutes. Serve with basmati rice. Enjoy! I also like to sprinkle a base of tandoori and powdered chili peppers before plopping into the barbecue and coating, but it’s optional.
