We’re fully aware that international security is only based on orange face people’s feelings
Ce să vă zic, mă, bine ați venit? bine ați venit, rău ați nimerit. La locu’ ăsta îi zice șerpărie, de la șerpii care umblă pe-aicea. Dracu’ știe cum au ajuns…

that sounds pretty based

Hmmm, for buying automatically, you might be looking into Bandcamp Clubs. You pick one of such “clubs” and you get one album into your library each month that you can keep forever.
For downloading, there’s Batchcamp.
I personally don’t mind visiting the website whenever I have some spare time each month to get something. I also have a task that reminds me of Bandcamp Friday (spoiler: it’s the 1st Friday of almost each month). In the months when there’s no Bandcamp Friday, I just mark the task as complete and move on.

It took them quite a while. But if there’s also anyone else that’s still decided to build an actual music library, independent of streaming platforms, instead, here are a bunch of popular bands/artists that have some or all of their music on Bandcamp, among those that I listen to:
There are plenty of other indie bands that I recommend choosing from, but most people that stay on the streaming platforms stay for the big names - that’s why I wanted to create a list with names that are sure to be instantly recognizable for anyone who’s been listening to music in general, to a certain genre of music or who is looking for something more popular from the latest years. As a disclaimer, this is also why you might find some controversial names - I didn’t take my time to check all of these artists’ controversies; if there are any, let me know.
Remember, you can also support them by buying their albums on physical media (CDs, vinyls, cassettes etc.) or by going to their live shows whenever you have the chance.
Even if you decide to pay them something like $4 you have secured them more revenue than they gained by listening any of their songs for 1000 times, but if you buy their music on Bandcamp Friday, artists get a bigger share of the price you pay.

I think there is one of the regular tram drivers that’s on duty each snowfall for this, or idk. I think this is only a full-time job in one of the nordic countries. There are regular train locomotives that do the same I think.

100 years
It did look old tbh. Wow, you really held on to it. Here in Bucharest, we also have snow plowers, the ITB 3VU:
We also have the ITB 1VU, which is the model in the background of the same pic, but I haven’t seen it in action in the latter years. They must have phased it out maybe, since it was 20 years older than the former, made in the 1980s.
Also, another thing that I do not remember having was trams connected to train lines, as we never had cargo trams (afaik). There is still however a branch line to the former locomotive factory Faur, which somehow also got modernized with the rest of the section in 2007 or so, despite the factory almost closing (now I don’t think it produces anything anymore, only renting their spaces): google.com/maps/@44.4268207,26…
(somehow, the Google car managed to catch it right as a bus was blocking it, but you can tell by the catenary that it’s new).

That remains to be seen. I think there are multiple factors that can be put into the equation here. Don’t forget that Europe has the biggest share in supporting Ukraine, and that the Baltics are also at the most vulnerable time in recent history (given the US support is now in question). If Trump decides to strike Greenland at the same time as Putin taking action in the Baltics and taking over the Suwalki corridor, then it will be a huge burden on the European defense resources. I really don’t know what their strategy might be, but I think they do not want to antagonize Trump that much until the primaries, when they hope the US Democrats will make a return. I hope they do build some resilience as a plan B in the meanwhile.
It’s anyway a good diplomatic response imo. I do not have hope that Trump really understands the message (as with anything that cannot be put into a cheap reality show), but I am relieved that at least the European leaders are not on the same page as MAGA in regard to creating a world where might makes right.
Yeah, I just ignore these types of nonsense threats. If you moved away your library and anything, it’s just fearmongering. Hope you’ll like Qobuz, OP!
I rather interpret this whole thing as sticks and carrots. More like: Hey, US, it’s been so good having you around in our security construction for all these years, we had such a good time. It would be a pity to let you out right now.

Greenland is not 100% part of the EU, but it is an OCT (Overseas Countries and Territories) of it. That means that it gets many of the EU membership benefits, such as free travel for its citizens and the ability to receive EU funds.

Why did I initially read this as Premium Pentium? lol

While taking a dump as well

I’ll pick Jolla. I hope their new phone will be good.

This seems no different from today, thanks to modern technology. You can easily both socialize and take a dump at the same time. In fact, I’m taking a dump right now.

Are you still not bored about this entire thing? Because I am. This post is already 3 days old. How much should I keep reporting your stink around this place until you fuck off already?

So you mean it’s a bad thing to be as toxic as he is, right?

@TheV2 Mad Max I think would be for me.
Ah, we’re returning to the good old memes of US bringing freedom for oil. What a time to be alive!
Syncthing is one of the ultimate tools when it comes to “self-hosting” - because you need no server at all! All you need is to have a Wi-Fi router at home (which pretty much everyone has nowadays) and you can sync any device anywhere.
I’m working on properly setting my photo library so I can freely move it around anywhere I want.
