This is about the federal trial. They sure him at State and federal level, apparently having decided that’s somehow a loophole to get around double jeopardy. Smells like bullshit to me.

I disagree. I mean, don’t get me wrong - I do think the damage he is causing is absolutely horrifying. But the man himself? Completely worthless loser. I actually doubt it will go that far. They’re far more concerned with those precious ad views, and the slowdown from encrypting/decrypting every feed everywhere would almost certainly cause a noticeable downward trend in those ad views.
