And GenAI isn’t part of this. Not enough hype, no VC will fund it.

And no one took their idea to the market yet. Shame on those large companies
Lol I hope you are right. Or else I will have to make sure the Internet is working before going to washroom.
I wonder if they will eventually make a toilet bowl to connect to the Internet. Can’t flush until you connects to the Internet just because…
Very beautiful scenery/photo.
Awesome. Don’t think I tried anything with muddled corn in it.
Well said. I think bringing the house price down will hurt not just owner as you said. It will hurt the government quite a bit. I remember a good chunk of Vancouver government revenue (to lazy to check the exact amount) is coming from property tax. And that is a percentage of the house price. They would have to cut lots of expenses if housing prices do go down. Which most voters won’t enjoy either.
amazing。
Anything works cause whenever I get to that area , now I have something ready in my back pocket.
Thanks!
Yes, gonna be fun 😀
Thanks will put them on my list.
Banh Mi reminds me of a place a place on Kingsway and Fraser which I went many years ago. I think it’s called BaLe. Should go back and try as well.
Ah this one. I was there b4 but got grocery instead of deli. Lol. I will try their suggestion next time I am in that area. Thanks
Thanks I saw Meat and Bread on Google so that one is on my list.
Yes that is what I would want to try, smaller local sandwich places. I am hoping they would make some part of the sandwiches in their shop ( bake their bread or deli) instead of buying everything in bulk.
I will definitely try greens and beans when i get to that area.
I see this icon everywhere but never knew the concept behind it. Now reading about it on Wiki and here, kind of ironic it became so commercial.
Ah I see, thanks for the explanation. I am also guessing then if things are more standardized, it would be easier for home owners without much knowledge of construction to shop around. At least they have a standard to base on.
I am not sure how this works but is the bottleneck with maximizing single lot home is at the home design plan? Donno anything about home construction but as mentioned in the article, most people with single lot home are seniors. I would suspect the problem for them is finding a contractor that they can trust or how to get funds.
Last time I went to the fireworks was pre-covid. And I thought it was packed back then.
Another day, another Doug (in this case, radio station).
Yeah, tried it a few years ago. It was fun, some are hard but explored areas which I probably wouldn’t have paid any attention to.
I guess that wanted the cap space for their goalie extension.
