  • Robot vacuum daily helps lots. Lots of runner rugs that are machine washable helps too, floor bits get wiped off on rugs, floor and rugs get vacuumed daily, rugs get washed monthly, floor gets big vacuum-ed and mopped while rugs wash. Socks still stay on after shoes come off. Never socks without shoes though. No shoes day is no socks day. Also, it doesn’t matter if the socks were literally on my feet for 30 seconds, if the socks come off they do not go back on. They are now dirty and go straight in the basket. Same with all clothing really. I have no idea how people wear pants or bras two days in a row let alone the “I never wash this article of clothing ever” crowd. Shudder what the fuck do you mean you don’t wash something that you touch?! It’s literally there to block dirt and absorb sweat, the fuck Is wrong with you sick fucks?!

  • I’m going to preface with this with I know it’s not actually going to happen this way so don’t worry about replying to tell me how stupid it is, it’s just a dream.

How wonderful would it be if she coated the metal in anthrax (or some similar instant death substance that’s super sneaky) and then stuck it in that stupid frame, knowing that they would check it for explosives but that Trump would want it so bad he wouldn’t let them keep it for any long period of time and when he’s hiding away in his room feeling cool about himself he opens it up and puts it on and then dies a fast but horrible death? I’d love that. Fast because I just want the fucker dead.

  • It’s a brush similar to a regular vacuum, a long thin tube with bristles. Like I said I clean the vacuum about once a week, including checking that everything spins like it’s supposed to. The wet/dry versions do look like they would be much more effective at keeping your house actually clean however when I bought mine several years ago those were still well over $1,000 and not yet a well-tested enough setup but I would have trusted it to have water going around my house without supervision. If my vacuum dies and I need to buy another one I will most likely buy a wet dry vac but I don’t see a reason to upgrade for now as long as mine keeps the majority of the mess away. It’s definitely not perfect, but a regular vacuum isn’t perfect even if you do it three times a day you still going to have dirty rugs that need to be washed and a hardwood floor that needs mopped. The dust collector being about 1-2 cups worth of dust and cat hair when I change it out each week makes me feel very confident that it helps keep my house cleaner than I would be able to on my own, and for the roughly $300 I spend on it over 4 years ago, well worth the price.
