Saying workers have the right to form a union isn’t at odds with saying that they haven’t done so because on average they don’t feel the need.
Two instances of questionable firing doesn’t really speak to a corporate policy at a company that size, and contract workers are always going to report feeling less valued and like second tier workers because they are. The company pays extra so they don’t have to worry about satisfaction and doesn’t have to onboard a full time employee.This makes the picture a lot clearer
