The question being discussed is whether we can create a secure, privacy-respecting web space based on placing a micro value of “2 cents” on our own engagement and participation in each exchange - - and how this user owned commons might be developed. Currently I am basing the model on Postal Services and Postal Banking, and so far dividing it into two related services (Banking/Exchange) and calling it PonyUPS and PonyXPS.
