The other major assassination attempts in the past year were against a CEO and a potential President. This one is against someone who mostly just said controversial things and reached a big audience. If the trend continues, then future victims will include non-famous people who spread controversial views. What makes this future possibility more scary is there’s already many people who are passionate about stopping the spread of religious beliefs that I have.

Also, exemplifying conditional love makes it harder to raise a less violent generation. We can exemplify unconditional love by refusing to celebrate Charlie Kirk’s death. This refusal is a small step toward ending war, abortion, school shootings, etc.
