Funny how that only gets trotted out to defend racists, rapists, and other people cops don’t want to set a precedent for charging on their own volition.
It’s also bullshit. If the victim doesn’t want to come forward, a good DA can still bring charges
I would hope that scratching any word onto a student’s body would be grounds for suspension.
I would hope it would be grounds for expulsion!
