    2nd question: yes, absolutely. Sex is often sought after specifically because it is enjoyable, despite most kinds of disorders you can imagine, including depression

    If two depressed people are in a relationship odds are they don’t really have that much sex and when they do, it’s just a race to the finish line anyway, if they can even manage

      That’s a generalization. It’s not a race to the finish for all depressed people. For many, sex brings about a high that distracts from depression, so the goal becomes to make it last as long as possible.
