I loved those jelly glasses. I always drank out of them until the print faded to nothing.
Interestingly, many had extraordinarily high levels of lead and cadmium. Some tested had results where the rim of the glass where you drink had several thousand times the safe level of lead and cadmium.
Lead painted glasses touched generations.
There is something that really irks me about advertising directly to children so they exert influence on their parents.
Advertising targeting children or advertising encouraging children to nag their parents has been illegal since the 50’s here, much to some shareholders dismay, I’m sure.
