Not having a 3D printer, I often try to think how I could justify such a purchase and time-investment to learn how to model stuff.

Recently I’ve been thinking about a 1-handed, adjustable book holder so I can go for walks and read a book without occupying both hands to keep it open (my other hand usually holding an umbrella as it’s often windy and rainy where I live, and trying to negotiate both while getting in some AFK time).

And it seems like there would be a lot of other cool stuff that could be printed like this that could help us in our day-to-day lives.

I bought a pegboard for my workbench, but I never have to buy pegs/holders because I have a library of modifiable files that I fit to each tool. There’s tons of stuff around my house I can print holders for. Remotes, pc peripherals, cable management, etc.
