If you are incapable of dealing in factual evidence but prefer belief in the narrative, please don’t watch this video. It will upset you. Better to disregard the provable facts presented in a video and live in fantasy land because the thought of finally realizing that they have been lying to you would crush you.

It’s Jim Jordan. He is an idiot and generally not worth listening to at all.

Why the actual fuck would you add a disclaimer like that to a video? Are you 12? Anyone that has to validate “factual evidence” and “provable facts” while rambling on about how a possible viewer will get their feelings hurt, needs to look in the mirror and contemplate their life choices.

Your statement alone discredits the video as a bad source and I have no intention to ever watch it now. You fucked up that propaganda opportunity, bub.

Good point. Forget the facts that Jordan presented just condemn him as a person. I just hate facts that contradict the false narrative that I live by. I take comfort in being lied to by the DNC and media. Thinking is hard for me and blind faith in the lies means I don’t have to think.

        Good point.

        I fucking know it.

Are you really trying to talk in the first, third person? If that wasn’t a thing before, I guess it is now. Are you trying to look smart or have group therapy “I” statements completely broken you?

And yes, reputation is a thing. Since ol’ JJ has a history of pushing false narratives and pointless political theater, it’s better to write-off anything else he has to say. He did this to himself and why you give any credit to anything he says is a complete mystery to me.

If I want facts I’ll dig in the records myself, thanks.

It’s funny that he could quote that and yet not read other quotes like

that there are “several material distinctions” between the two cases, and the allegations against Mr. Trump “present serious aggravating facts” not present in Mr. Biden’s situation.

    And

the evidence was insufficient to charge President Biden with a crime

Doesn’t sound like Jordan proved anything.

Are you going to tell us what the “aggravating facts” were? Did you not watch the video when the report was read. That biden was guilty but too old and too confused about the facts. That no jury would convict him because he is basically incompetent mentally at this point

Don’t need to. I’m just proving the opposite of what Jordan did. With the same report. It’s called cherry picking and the reason why you should read the report or ignore Jordan altogether.

More stupid hypocrisy. If this president is wrong for keeping classified documents when he shouldn’t have, and make no mistake he is wrong, then so is any other president.

If this president is bad for not remembering or knowing why or how classified documents ended up in his garage - and make no mistake he is bad- then the other president is worse for knowingly and willfully retaining documents, for making false statements and representations, conspiring to obstruct justice, withholding a document or record, and concealing a document in a federal investigation.

But if you are incapable of dealing with facts, please don’t read my post. It will upset you.

How about some facts. The PRESIDENT can declassify anything he wants. biden was the VP when he took those documents and had no legal ability to declassify them

Great, here’s another fact: according to the American bar association, the president doesn’t get to declassify anything he wants just by thinking about it.

        https://www.americanbar.org/news/abanews/aba-news-archives/2022/10/fact-check-presidential-authority/

Another fact: if it was perfectly ok to keep those documents after leaving office, then there would have been no reason to lie about it.

I’m not engaging in whataboutism here, I’m saying yes, this is bad, and so is that. It’s wrong for anybody to say the president or vice president should get a free pass to do whatever because he’s our guy on our side.

We have agreement. Nice to read logical comments especially those that call for equal justice. But in the end we don’t. Trump was charged and biden was not. You live in a Clown World country as soon as equal justice ends

I’m sorry to tell you that there has never been equal justice in the US of A. If you were unaware of that, congratulations! You have been living a life of privilege.

I will agree with you that the rich always had unequal justice. My point was that with the corruption of our justice system now, anyone who supports the leftist agenda never suffers consequences

Well it was William Barr (a staunch conservative) presiding over the Department of Justice when the Office of Legal Counsel gave the opinion rhat you can’t indict a sitting president. There’s nothing leftist about that, and really, you can’t have it both ways. So I don’t know what you mean.
