      The chip itself had, but the software is from Nintendo and Nintendo does weird things. It’s a company doing weird things all the time.

      From what I’ve read is that they gave top priority to the joycon controllers, and the chipset can take up to 8 connections. Now, each joycon pairs takes 2, and if you connected 4 pairs you’d be using all of them.

      You won’t be able to hook up 4 pairs simultaneously while using a bluetooth headset now, but I suppose this won’t be an issue if the user plans on using a bluetooth headset to game by himself.

    According to the changelog, the update also adds some features to make wired internet more useful. The Switch will be able to stay connected to the internet even in sleep mode if it’s hardwired in

    … and I bet it still doesn’t support Wake-On-LAN. Or does it?

    Note: Systems that are not updated to version 13.0.0 or later behave as if this setting is enabled.

    Does that mean that it already stays connected? Because my Switch surely doesn’t.
